• As a friendly reminder, rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late by the 4th.
  

• All rent, excluding Timbers East Townhomes & South Garden Townhomes, should be mailed to: MGC Leasing at P.O. Box 2143 Lee's Summit MO 64063. Please refer to your lease agreement for Payee information.
  

• Residents experiencing financial difficulty should immediately contact a member of MGC to arrange a payment plan. Residents who do not communicate a plan of action for rental balances exceeding 1/2 month's rent into a new month will be sent to our legal department for eviction proceedings.

• If you wish to vacate the premises prior to your lease expiration, please click on the Early Lease Termination Form link below. Mail completed forms to the office or fax to 816-554-6886. Residents are required to fulfill 180 days of their lease in order to be approved for an early release from their current lease agreement. A 60 Day notice is still required by the last day of the month. Please see the terms of your agreement for additional lease termination requirements. If you have any questions, contact the office!

• MGC Leasing would like to remind all residents intending to vacate to review their Standard Move Out Addendum provided in their lease agreement, as well as the Move Out Instructions provided in the forms above, for potential charges that would inhibit the resident from a full security deposit refund.
  

• Refund checks will be mailed within 30 days of turning in keys to MGC.

• Residents with a rental balance upon vacating the unit automatically forfeits their Security Deposit, due to breach of contract.
