Assistant PM/Leasing Agent

MGC is looking for an assistant Property Manager with the following qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have:

2-3  years leasing experience

Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws

Ability to multi-task

Strong customer service background and skills

Advanced typing and clerical skills

Familiarity with DIY software a bonus

Reliable transportation

Excellent telephone skills

A positive, upbeat attitude

Great attention to detail

Clean criminal background

This position will work closely with all Property Managers to achieve optimum occupancy.

Will be responsible for managing and leasing 40 units in Olathe KS

Provide exceptional service to residents, future residents and internal team members.

Will assist with all administrative tasks, legal documentation, marketing efforts, and also contributes to the leasing process.

Greet all residents, future residents and internal team members in a professional manner

Keeping a high level of service in mind with every task while resolving conflict to benefit all concerned parties

Facilitating all aspects in the leasing process

Promoting positive resident relations

Managing lease expiration

Responsible for some outreach and market surveys.

Hours will be from 11PM-5PM Monday-Friday. Position to be filled immediately! Full time optional after 90 days!

Maintenance Tech

CONTRACTOR POSITION

Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance Tech

Multi-Family Experience required

Must have reliable transportation and basic tools to assist in turning units and maintaining grounds for numerous communities located in the South KC areas including Overland Park, Olathe & Spring Hill KS.

Position will pay $15 per hour depending on experience.

Larger projects will be paid per bid.

Will begin Part-Time then move to full time as needed.
